Funny cats are high as f*ck
Edit: Sorry folks but I’ve just been made aware that these cats do indeed have cerebellar hypoplasia. Originally I got the video from a site that hinted they were on catnip. Then I did a search on Youtube and found several uploads of it titled “Cats on painkillers.” Now I see that the original video titled Breakfast of the CHittens (CH for Cerebellar Hypoplasia) was uploaded 4 years ago and seems to be on a channel for animals with disabilities.
